Goal

We believe that true performance is measured in years, not seasons. By focusing on the intentionality of design and the integrity of our materials, we create sporting goods that endure. Our mission is to provide the athlete with a permanent companion in a world of temporary gear.

Meet Our Founders

Driven by a shared vision to create meaningful products, our founders bring together decades of experience in design, innovation, and customer-centric business practices. Their passion for excellence guides every decision we make.

Keith Saito

Co-Founder

Keith’s perspective was forged in high-stakes environments. From the intensity of competitive junior hockey to engineering specialized equipment for military and law enforcement, he understands that when gear is pushed to the limit, there is no room for failure.

This same rigor defines his approach to the court. Currently training at a professional cadence six days a week, his pursuit of a 5.0 ranking is more than a personal goal—it is a continuous, live-field test of the standards we build for. He doesn't just play the sport; he stress-tests the future of it.

Michael Kubota

Co-Founder

Michael approaches the court through the lens of precision and systems. With a career spent architecting complex design frameworks for the technology sector, he understands how every interaction contributes to a seamless whole.

A lifelong athlete in racquet sports, his transition into this space is a natural homecoming. He is now focused on the technical mastery of the game—applying the same discipline used to build digital ecosystems to the physical mechanics of the sport. For Michael, design isn't just how a product looks; it’s how it empowers the player to level up.
